Summertime Fun!

I decided I had better document some of the summertime fun things we have been up to here in Vegas. We are finding ways to stay cool in this insane heat and keep little munchkin entertained! He and I are quite the buddies going everywhere together, doing everything together! Here he is on his 3rd birthday! Who knew what joy a $5 buck golf set would bring.

We have scoped out all the shopping places, and have found Boot Barn one of our favorites! Ha! These next pics crack me up!! Collin is serious about being a "mean cowboy." I keep trying to get him to say tough cowboy, but he is set on being "mean."

I think the first one he does pretty good at portraying "meanness", but this second one, HA, He kept saying, "Mom, this is a BIG hat."

And of course, we are DESPERATE for any type of water! Luckily we have a pool at our apt., and we go their almost daily. In this picture Collin reminds me of one of my little old ladies I take care of. He wants to be in the sun, but got too cold in the water this day, and wanted the sun out of his eyes, his towel wrapped around him, and food handed to him. Talk about SPOILED! My sister Camille has taken him swimming a few times and this place was an activity pool in we all went to. Check out those goggles! Collin has become quite the little swimmer now that he trusts the life jacket.

And then there's lots of time at the parks, splash pads, and malls.

We always look forward to when Daddy comes home! Craig has been working long days, but he really enjoys the work and lots of experience.

We look forward to any visitors and love to have the company. Craig has won some fun food comps and we get free food way too often!!

Combine the free food and being 22 weeks pregnant and you get this chubby pregnant chick below! We are so thrilled for a new little one in our house, we can hardly stand waiting! Collin is so excited. He is adamant that it is a boy though! We still haven't found out what it is yet, but will fill everyone in as soon as we find out!

Let's just say summer days lead to one tired little boy!!

Hello Changes!!

Holy Cow! It has been a crazy long time since I've updated our blog. I consider myself a "blogger" per-say, and find myself checking my bloglist at least a couple times a week, getting updates on all of you. I find my self wondering why some of you haven't updated your blog for SOO LONG (like a week or two) :) and here I am giving up on my own documentation of our lives. And so I'm sure there are plenty of you who have moved on in life from checking mine, but nonetheless here I am again peeps!

So much has changed lately, I feel like I should be spinning in a whirlwind but I'm surprisingly calm amidst all the chaos. These pictures are from our front deck of our BIGGEST purchase thus far as a family. Yes our first home. However we are no longer living there. tear tear. We loved this place and have found some renters that we feel will take care of our beloved first home. We hope to come back someday and still make this place our home as we loved the unique house, the neighborhood, ward, and of course calling Cedar City our home.

We are now living in the big LV!!! Having lived here before as a child, and with my two sisters here now. I'm feeling somewhat 'at home'. I'm going to try to make the most out of our time as city slickers and try and explore what this place has to offer (don't get carried away there..I'm speaking of museums, parks, shows, swimming pools... :) ). Mostly both Craig and I love the diversity of people. It makes our hearts happy to be around people of all walks of life.

I do however consider myself a small town girl at heart. And I find myself glancing at the mountains often wanting to venture there soon.

And here are my two boys..all I do day in and out is for these two and lovin' it. Lets just say I'm playing a lot of baseball, and trying hard to cook like Betty Crocker. Eat and play, eat and play. Is this really what boys do ALL THE TIME!!

Mom, Rachel, and Chandler
Grandpa giving Collin a hug after not seeing him since he was 8 months old!

We love them so much! They set such a good example for our whole family giving and sacrificing so much so they could go serve the people of New York! I would say I'm pretty excited now they can do their own yard work!! Thank goodness!!!

Just a few more pics from our trip..Enjoy!

Love my little man!

Loved Loved Loved the Fishies

I feel much better about my back side after meeting this new friend.

Yeah! Some more pictures! I got a new camera for Mother's Day! Woo Hoo! Finally I can keep up with my blog! Well we are fully engaged in to summer life! We are still trying to decided what to do when my parents come home..to stay or not to stay in Cedar...that is the question.

We took a great trip to California with Craig's side of the family to have a farewell trip before his brother Matt heads out to Arkansas for his mission! It was so fun to get away from everyday life and spend some good time with the family! I love love Craig's family. It's so fun to be part of a younger family since I'm the youngest in my family, I get to know a little of what it's like to be the older ones! :)

We went to San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World...and the BEACH! Good times for sure!

Here's the whole gang!

It's cold cold cold! But that doesn't stop little Nater from spending his time outside! It's definately his favorite place to be. Yes, and Collin's nickname has become Nater. It's funny how nicknames just come. I actually really liked the name Call for a boy since I found out I was pregnant, but who really names someone Call? I love it from my favorite movie Lonesome Dove. One of the cowboys is Captain Call. Anyhow Collin was pretty close to that, but the nickname Coll or Call didn't come along. Instead the movie Terminator came out and we found ourselves calling him the Collinator...and now it's just Nater. We'll see how long it lasts or what comes of it. Here he is being his cute little self!

Christmas Eve at Grandma and Grandpa's! We love this fun tradition. We always have mexican food for dinner, reenact the Nativity Scene and then sing Christmas Carols to the piano. This year Collin sat up by Grandma Juli (Craig's mom), and played the keys the whole time she played Christmas Carols. I loved it!

Here's the girls: Juli, Abbie, Me, Mikele, Tulsi, Brenda, Camri, and Dayle

The pics fuzzy but here are the boys:
Dale, Chad, Tracy, Ken, Steve, Matt (holding pic of cousin Elder Kass), Collin, and Craig

Christmas was soooo much funner than it has ever been now that we have a little one around. Here he is shaking his present to try and guess what's inside! Hmmm seems to be 'jamas.

Pretty stoked to have car pajamas! All dressed and ready for Santa!

The Last 6 Months!

We're alive! We finally have the internet at home and I thought I would give a brief overview of the last 6 months! Besides the fact that I washed our camera in Craig's cargo shorts... :( here are some of the main events!

Collin turned 1 year old!

Craig and I both graduated. Craig in Business Finance and me in Nursing!

And we got to go visit my mom and dad in New York! Here they are at their cute little house on Long Island.

This is the very tip of Long Island heading into the Atlantic Ocean.

I know it's short..but it's better than I have done lately! We are searching for a new camera and I hope to stay more up to date with blogging!

Bye Bye Elder and Sister Bulloch

My parents just left to serve a mission in the New Yourk, NY South Mission. It is so exciting, but it has been strange to send my parents off! We all got together to say goodbye. We all cried and cried, and hugged and cried and then they got into their car to go and it wouldn't start!! Come to find out having the GPS and Ipod plugged into the car drained the battery so the onstar automatically shut the car down and we had to go back in the house and wait for it to start. It kinda lightened the mood though. :)

Off they went..I love missionary work, but I miss them so much.
